Last August, we shared a survey with our community so we could understand their needs, and we heard back from 58 organizations. Respondents came from the fields of aging services, education, libraries, and digital equity, and they identified barriers such as limited funding, language access, and lack of affordable devices and internet. The report also highlights regional disparities, with the West and Southwest leading in training engagement while the Southeast and Midwest face deeper structural challenges. Despite these hurdles, the data reveals promising strengths and opportunities for collaboration. We will use these insights to guide our next phase of community support through capacity-building initiatives.
