digitalLIFT is able to offer free online training to San Francisco residents who are 60 years of age or older and in possession of a working laptop or tablet. Digital Coaching provides one-on-one tutoring delivered remotely by a trained Instructor. Tutors are available in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Spanish. This program serving the community is funded by the City of San Francisco’s Department of Disability and Aging Services.

Low Cost
Broadband
The Low-Cost Broadband Program provides eligible low-income households with a discount of up to $30 per month for any home broadband or cell phone plan which includes data from a participating provider. (See list of providers here.) For individuals living on Tribal lands, this discount can be up to $75 a month. Also available to all eligible households is a one-time $100 discount on the purchase of a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer if bought from a participating provider.
