Kyla Williams Tate is a visionary leader at the forefront of digital equity initiatives, currently serving as the inaugural Director of Digital Equity for Cook County Government in the Office of President Toni Preckwinkle. Under Kyla’s leadership, Cook County launched its first-ever Digital Equity Action Plan and Digital Equity Map to advance its digital equity goals and create a growing and thriving digital equity ecosystem. In December 2023, the National Digital Inclusion Alliance selected Cook County as a Visionary Digital Inclusion Trailblazer for its digital inclusion efforts.
Melissa Lanning is a nonprofit executive leader who has led teams of professionals to achieve mission-based results. Possesses more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including work with international NGOs, U.S.-based charities, and business/professional associations. Strengths include Corporate Communications and Branding, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Partnership Development, Operational Management, External Relations, Team Building, and Membership Growth/Retention.
Iris O’Donnell Bellisario is a seasoned digital opportunity leader and program strategist with extensive experience at Lead for America’s American Connection Corps (ACC). Currently serving as the organization’s Program Design Associate, Iris plays a lead role in designing ACC’s future state curriculum, with an emphasis on developing digital skills credentialing and other workforce capacities among the program’s AmeriCorps Members. With over 100 Members serving across 30 states, Iris also supports program success through leading content delivery and coordinating large-scale training events to support a 90% Member completion rate.
Anna H. Gray, M.Ed., is a Certified Mental Health Peer Specialist and Certified Peer Supervisor in the State of Texas. After dealing with life-interrupting mental health issues, she found meaning in mental health advocacy and recovery work. She has worked in the mental health field for 38 years as a houseparent, crisis intervention team captain, emergency room psychiatric assessor, psychotherapist, advocate, Peer Support Specialist, Peer Support Specialist trainer, Peer Support Specialist curriculum developer, and Peer Support Specialists Supervisor.
Anagha Devanarayanan is a Digital Equity Planner at Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC). With a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Anagha has gained experience in research, design, and community outreach through various internships and roles at organizations such as University of Illinois Extension, Center for Neighborhood Technology, and RGB Architecture Studio. Anagha’s work has focused on advancing racial equity, justice, and transportation capacity building in various projects.
