We are deeply disappointed by the passage of the so-called “Big Beautiful Bill,” which prioritizes tax breaks for the wealthy at the expense of essential services like health care, food assistance, and digital access. For older adults, immigrants, and low-income families, this bill is a significant step backward. It threatens the progress we’ve made together in expanding opportunity and bridging the digital divide. But we will not back down. This moment calls for unity, urgency, and collective action. Now more than ever, we must double down on our commitment to digital equity.
