Training Designed for Your Team
Digital Navigator Bundle
- Train-the-Trainer courses on teaching digital skills and working with adult learners in a group setting
- Digital Navigator best practices for providing one-on-one technology support
Managing Digital Navigators
- This training equips nonprofit managers of digital navigators with the essential skills and knowledge to lead effective digital navigator initiatives within their communities.
Specialized Courses
- Topics like Digital Equity & Aging, Public Benefits Enrollment Support, and serving diverse communities
More Than Training
As a participating Connected Learning Center, you’ll also gain access to practical tools and resources, including:
- Digital inclusion program guides and best practices
- Outreach and marketing materials
- A multilingual digital skills curriculum covering a variety of devices and operating systems
- Temples, tools, and resources you can use long after the training is complete
